Plants Selection is Site Specific as micro Climatic Conditions Differ from Site to Site. Leafy Vegetables, in Some Cases, can also be used for Green Walls. Syngoniums, Marble Money Plant, Cryptanthus, Ficusare few of the Plants that are commonly used in Vertical Gardens.
Waterproofing of the Wall (Area) that will house the Panels and Irrigation System is recommended. You will also need a water source and electrical outlet brought to the wall and a drain detail at the bottom of the wall.
With Carefully selected Plants, Good Care and Proper Irrigation System, Little maintenance is required. Maintenance for Vertical Garden is like House or Garden Plants. Dead or Damage Plants to be replaced. Fertilizers to be Applied as Necessary. Trimming of Dead Leaves or Other Plants Parts to be done as required.
